Laundry Day
Fall/Winter 2022
While ultimately trying to avoid dwelling in what could be fashion’s worst nightmare, the social enigma of being “costume-y” has wedged itself in the relationship between film style and fashion. This has created a white space for exploration, innovation, and storytelling. And so it goes, Laundry Day was born.
Everything was designed and constructed by me. Photography and videography by my dear friend Alana Campbell
Below is the culmination of a years worth of this exploration, innovation, and storytelling.
Enjoy!
One Off Knitting Projects
FROM 2020 - 2022
One-off knitting projects throughout 2 years of college for the purpose of practice, creative outlet, and skill exploration. Designed, constructed, and photographed by me.
AUGUST DENHAM
Fall/Winter 2020 Collection
A partnership between two friends–Jakob Denham and I, Beverly August, separated by the tragedy of the Covid-19 Global Pandemic that began on December 12th, 2019 that still continues to effect billions around the world. We stayed dedicated to Facetime calls, birthday cards, phone calls, emails, texts that ended in tearful late night goodbyes, and early morning hellos.
The collection was inspired by our push to stay connected no matter how hard it was to hide the fact that everything felt dark and broken.
We used CLO3D Virtual Fashion as our form of presentation for the garments themselves, involving 3D textile mapping, and virtual flat patterning.
Jacket To Bag
Fall 2020
Transforming Fashion – Constructing a two toned wool puffer jacket that transforms into a two-strap fashioned backpack. Designed, constructed by me. Photographed by my dear friend Sydney Task.
Princess and The Pea
Fall 2019
This set of photos was the final outcome on the photoshoot for my knitwear collection called Princess and the Pea– concept idea derived from the Hans Christian Andersen literary fairytale– that capitalizes on layering of knits as a goal to make the body seemingly disappear.

Wool Fiber Dyeing
Summer 2018
Learning about dyeing natural fibers. My Trials and errors. For the finished piece I hand crocheted a statement neckpiece as well as a wide sleeve cropped jacket. The jacket has wool appliqué detailing on the sleeve and shoulder.

2017 Schiaparelli Fashion Design Competition
Spring 2017
Competed in the first ever Elsa Schiaparelli fashion Design Competition hosted at the Salvador Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. I won first place at the age of 17. My final design was based off of one of Salvador Dalí's notorious 1926 oil painting, titled "Curl With Curls."
